I want to rip my hair out

I have had nothing but problems in one of my classes from the word go. He has under graded me, given me a 0 for his mistake (could not open the attachment that was my assignment) and then would send me grades that aren't mine. Yesterday he was supposed to give us the review our peers had done of our essays. He just gave me the essay... no review. He was not supposed to have office hours until Sunday, but I asked him a question anyway. He popped in today, answered other people's questions, then ignored mine. I need my review to do an assignment that is DUE SUNDAY!! How the hell can I? So, I did the unthinkable... I turned him in to my academic counselor. I did the tattle tale. I hope I don't get into trouble with the instructor over it. It needs to stop. He must be rushing things to have this many screw ups!
